This beautiful day called for a wander around James Street North and a visit to one of my favourite spots along the street, The Green Smoothie Bar.
Closer to Barton Street, GSB is a health food dream. Initially a smoothie and snack shop, the store has grown and now offers a number of meal options (bento boxes, chili, soup, wraps, parfaits) and most recently, a vegan market. You can see why I love this place.
I will admit things are a tad pricey, but I am happy to spend the extra money because it's healthy and I love being able to walk into a restaurant / market and not have to check the labels to see what is in my food.
Gorilla Green - hands down the best smoothie they have. Stop by and give it a try! You'll thank me later.
